My genius is unrivaled and my aptitude unparalleled, and no-one on this earth possesses the intellect capable of challenging my own.
However, I am not above mortal men. I have faced defeat at the hands of those stronger than I, and indeed I have lost my own life in the line pursuit of truth. And yet, I came back from the deathly abyss. Why I do not know, but I will take this opportunity as a chance to redeem myself for the mistakes I made serving under the former Goddess of this world.
